Speaking with franchisees is part of a process known as Franchisee Validation. During this phase, you will speak with business owners in a particular franchise system. This is your opportunity to assess franchisee satisfaction and financial performance. Your goal is to determine if the franchisor delivers on their promises and offers a viable and successful opportunity. As the term implies, this is your chance to “validate” what the franchisor has told you about the business.
